According to a study published in the September issue of Spine suggests that Yoga may actually offer substantial relief to people who suffer from chronic lower back pain. Beyond the relief from lower back pain, yoga also appears to reduce the level of functional disability and depression as well.

Focused on my posture and relieved my back pain
In the past I have been known to have very poor posture. As a side affect I have always suffered from back pain. I have to attest that since I have been focusing on maintaining a good posture I have noticed a substantial decline in my everyday back pain.
