Yoga to ease Back Pain?

According to a study published in the September issue of Spine suggests that Yoga may actually offer substantial relief to people who suffer from chronic lower back pain. Beyond the relief from lower back pain, yoga also appears to reduce the level of functional disability and depression as well.
